Christmas Baked Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce

Kewpie Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredient

Salmon 1pcs
Cherry Tomato 40g
Asparagus 30g
Bread Crumbs 40g
Almond  20g
Dill 10g
Kewpie Honey Mustard Sauce 15g

Instructions

  1. Marinate salmon in Kewpie Honey Mustard sauce, make sure it is evenly coated
  2. Toast the almond flakes and bread crumbs until fragrant and mix in the dill 
  3. Prepare a baking tray with aluminum foil, place the salmon fillet and tomatoes unto the tray and bring to bake at 170°c for 10 minutes
  4. Sprinkle almond and bread crumbs on top of baked salmon and it's ready to be served.
