Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Egg (hard boiled) 1 pc
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrot (diced) ¼ pc
Onion (sliced) ¼ pc
Cucumber (sliced) ¼ pc
Chicken Ham (sliced) 2 slices
Salt and Pepper Suit to taste
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise 5 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes and carrot in a pot of boiling water until tender. Remove potatoes skin and cut both into cubes then set aside.
  2. Next, cut the hard-boiled egg into quarters.
  3. Place the hard-boiled egg, potatoes, carrot, onion, cucumber and chicken ham into a large bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise on top and toss well.
