Prawn | 6 pcs |

Bunashimeji Mushroom | 40g |
Abalone (sliced) | 20g |
Scallop | 4 pcs |
Roast Chicken (chopped) | 150g |
Bamboo Shoot (sliced) | 30g |
Baby Corn | 20g |
Water | 500ml |
Oyster Sauce | 2 tbsp |
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing | 5 tbsp |
Instructions
- Remove the base of Bunashimeji mushroom. Break up the mushroom into smaller pieces.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch Bunashimeji mushroom, siew pak choy and baby corn in hot water for 3 mins. Remove from water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Then, bring another pot of water to a boil. Slightly blanch prawns and scallops for 1 to 2 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Place the prawns and chicken into the clay pot. Sandwich the corn and scallop in between.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients along the sides of the claypot.
- To make the broth, mix 500ml of water, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce and 5 tbsp of KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing and bring to boil.
