Onigiri (Japanese Rice Ball)

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Japanese Rice (cooked) 400g
Corn 2 tbsp
Seaweed 12g
Chicken Ham 2 pcs
KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken ham to sizes of 1cm x 1cm.
  2. Divide the Japanese rice into two portions.
  3. Mix a portion of rice with seaweed and 2 tablespoons of KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style; mix another portion of rice with corn and 2 tablespoons of KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style.
  4. Roll each portion of rice into 2 rice balls respectively.
