Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing

Ingredient

Chicken Thigh 2 pcs
Peanut 300g
Turmeric Powder ½ tbsp
Garlic 50g
Green Chilli 20g
Red Onion 50g
Lemongrass 20g
Lime Leaf 3 pcs
Garlic 30g
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing 100ml

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the ingredients for the spice paste along with KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour everything over the chicken thighs and marinate overnight for two days.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°F and bake the chicken thighs for 12 mins.
  4. Ready to serve.
