Fish Head (snapper or cod) | 1 pc |
Curry Powder | 4 tbsp. |
Lady Finger (diced) | 10g |
Eggplant (diced) | 10g |
Onion (diced) | 10g |
Tomato (wedges cut) | 20g |
Salt & Pepper | some |
Water | 50ml |
Coconut Milk | 20ml |
KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame | 100ml |
Instructions
- Heat up the oil in a deep heavy-bottomed pan, carefully add in the fish head and fry it until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
- Next, in a large sauce pan, saute the curry powder with the vegetable until fragrant.
- Then, pour in fish and water and season it with some salt and pepper.
- Lastly, add in KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame and coconut milk into the pan. Cook it for 8 minutes. Ready to serve.
