Spicy Creamy Sesame Chicken Pot

Impress your mother this coming Mother's day with a creamy, spicy, warm and comforting pot of chicken gravy. Best to serve with a plate of rice for a hearty, wholesome meal.

Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
Kewpie Hot Spicy Dressing


Chicken Chop (cubed) 150 g
Capsicum (diced) 20 g
Pineapple (cubed) 40 g
Onion (diced) 30 g
Cherry Tomato (halved) 30 g
Cashew Nuts 20 g
Red Chilli (diced) 10 g
Evaporated Milk  30ml
Spring Onion As Garnish
Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing 50ml
Kewpie Hot Spicy Dressing 50ml


  1. Heat up a claypot with cooking oil (and a clove of garlic) and stir fry the chicken cube till lightly cooked. 
  2. Add diced ingredients (capsicum, pineapple, ,onions, cherry tomatoes and Chilli) and sauté till fragrant. 
  3. Add water and simmer for 8 minutes.
  4. While waiting for ingredients to cook, mix Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing and Hot Spicy Dressing in a small bowl.
  5. Once the other ingredients start to boil, add in mixed dressing and evaporated milk, continue simmering for 3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with spring onion and cashew nuts, and it's ready to be served!
