Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Tuna 1 can
Green Chilli (finely diced) 10g
Red Chilli (finely diced) 10g
Ginger Flower (finely diced) 10g
Lemongrass (finely diced) 10g
Coriander (finely diced) some
Red Onion (thinly sliced) 20g
Cucumber (thinly sliced) 20g
Tomato (thinly sliced) 20g
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Drain a can of tuna and flake it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Then, add in all vegetable condiments along with lemon juice and mix evenly.
  3. Drizzle KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise on top and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
