Cheesy Frittata with Salted Egg

Kewpie Cheesy Cheese Sandwich Spread

Ingredient

Salted Egg Yolk 2 pcs
Egg 4 pcs
Onion (finely diced) 20g
Olive (finely diced) 10g
Spring Onion (finely diced) 20g
Coriander (finely diced) 10g
Chilli Flakes some
Salt & Pepper some
KEWPIE Sandwich Spread Cheesy Cheese 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Combine egg and KEWPIE Sandwich Spread Cheesy Cheese in a large bowl. Then, add some salt and pepper and whisk together.
  2. Next, steam the salted egg yolks for about 5 mins. Once steamed, mash the yolks with a fork. Add all the ingredients into egg mixture earlier and mix well.
  3. Heat up the pan. Pour the mixture into the pan and tilt to cover the bottom of the pan.
  4. When the bottom of the frittata has set, flip them and char the other side. Continue to cook for another minute or so until the mixture holds together.
  5. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve.
