Salted Egg Yolk | 2 pcs |
Egg | 4 pcs |
Onion (finely diced) | 20g |
Olive (finely diced) | 10g |
Spring Onion (finely diced) | 20g |
Coriander (finely diced) | 10g |
Chilli Flakes | some |
Salt & Pepper | some |
KEWPIE Sandwich Spread Cheesy Cheese | 2 tbsp |
Instructions
- Combine egg and KEWPIE Sandwich Spread Cheesy Cheese in a large bowl. Then, add some salt and pepper and whisk together.
- Next, steam the salted egg yolks for about 5 mins. Once steamed, mash the yolks with a fork. Add all the ingredients into egg mixture earlier and mix well.
- Heat up the pan. Pour the mixture into the pan and tilt to cover the bottom of the pan.
- When the bottom of the frittata has set, flip them and char the other side. Continue to cook for another minute or so until the mixture holds together.
- Sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve.
