Ketupat | 2pcs |
Bread crumbs | 200g |
Petai | 20g |
Red Chilli | 10g |
Onion | 20g |
Eggs | 2nos |
Kewpie Chilli Mayo | 30ml |
Instructions
- Dice red chilli ,onion and petai .
- Heat up a pan, saute the ingredients until fragrant , set aside .
- Prepare a bowl , combine ketupat and vegetables. Roll it at the size of a golf –ball
- Coat ketupat ball with beaten eggs and bread crumbs , deep fry until golden brown under 180 °C .
- Lastly ,dip the crispy Ketupat ball with Kewpie Chilli Mayo
