Crispy Ketupat with Kewpie Chilli Mayo Dip

Kewpie Chilli Mayo

Ingredient

Ketupat  2pcs 
Bread crumbs  200g
Petai  20g
Red Chilli  10g
Onion  20g
Eggs 2nos
Kewpie Chilli Mayo 30ml 

Instructions

  1. Dice red chilli ,onion and petai .
  2. Heat up a pan, saute the ingredients until fragrant , set aside .
  3. Prepare a bowl , combine ketupat and vegetables. Roll it at the size of a golf –ball 
  4. Coat ketupat ball with beaten eggs and bread crumbs , deep fry until golden brown under 180 °C .
  5. Lastly ,dip the crispy Ketupat ball with Kewpie Chilli Mayo
