Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing

Ingredient

Romaine  Lettuce (Salad-sized) 30g
Cherry Tomatoes (Halved) 10g
Green Apples (Sliced) 50g
Raw Tuna (Diced) 40g
White Tuna (Diced) 40g
Octopus (Cleaned) 40g
Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp.
Tobiko 1 tsp.
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing 15g

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add in the raw octopus and cook for around 3 minutes.
  2. Then, remove the octopus from heat and cut it into cubes.
  3. Next, arrange all the prepared ingredients on a serving plate, add in tobiko and stir well.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and drizzle with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing.
