Enoki Mushroom | 40g |
Bunashimeji Mushroom | 50g |
Cabbage (sliced) | 60g |
Carrot (sliced) | 60g |
Soy Sauce | 2 tbsp |

Instructions
- Remove the base of Bunashimeji mushrooms. Break up the mushroom into smaller pieces. For Enoki mushrooms, cut into halves.
- Heat the pan with ½ tablespoon of KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and add mushrooms and vegetables. Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
- Then, put in the cooked noodle and continue to stir fry for another one minute.
- Add ½ tablespoon KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and soy sauce. Mix evenly. Serve the dish on plate and squeeze KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style for an extra layer of flavour.
