Fried Udon with Mushroom & Vegetable

Stir-fried noodles in a deliciously tangy, sweet-savoury sauce with KEWPIE  Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Noodle (cooked) 2 portions
Enoki Mushroom 40g
Bunashimeji Mushroom 50g
Cabbage (sliced) 60g
Carrot (sliced) 60g
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style some

Instructions

  1. Remove the base of Bunashimeji mushrooms. Break up the mushroom into smaller pieces. For Enoki mushrooms, cut into halves.
  2. Heat the pan with ½ tablespoon of KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and add mushrooms and vegetables. Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Then, put in the cooked noodle and continue to stir fry for another one minute.
  4. Add ½ tablespoon KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and soy sauce. Mix evenly. Serve the dish on plate and squeeze KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style for an extra layer of flavour.
