Hot Spicy Prawn Salad

Kewpie Hot Spicy Dressing

Ingredient

   

Rice Vermicelli 60g
Cucumber (diced) 50g
Carrot (julienned) 10g
Mixed Green 80g
Onion (diced) 30g
Red Chilli (diced) 5g
Prawn 4 pcs
Coriander (chopped) 10g
Mint Leaf (chopped) 5g
Lime Leaf (julienned) 5g
Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
KEWPIE Hot Spicy Dressing 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil rice vermicelli in salted water for 2 minutes. Drain well. Rinse it with cold water until they have cooled. Let them drain again.
  2. Boil the prawn in a small pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and run under cold water until cool. Peel, then cut in half.
  3. Clean jars with lid. Place the rice vermicelli on the bottom, followed by cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and then add prawns. Top with lettuce leaves and serve with KEWPIE Hot Spicy Dressing.
