Rice Vermicelli | 60g |
Cucumber (diced) | 50g |
Carrot (julienned) | 10g |
Mixed Green | 80g |
Onion (diced) | 30g |
Red Chilli (diced) | 5g |
Prawn | 4 pcs |
Coriander (chopped) | 10g |
Mint Leaf (chopped) | 5g |
Lime Leaf (julienned) | 5g |
Fish Sauce | 1 tbsp |
KEWPIE Hot Spicy Dressing | 3 tbsp |
Instructions
- Boil rice vermicelli in salted water for 2 minutes. Drain well. Rinse it with cold water until they have cooled. Let them drain again.
- Boil the prawn in a small pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and run under cold water until cool. Peel, then cut in half.
- Clean jars with lid. Place the rice vermicelli on the bottom, followed by cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and then add prawns. Top with lettuce leaves and serve with KEWPIE Hot Spicy Dressing.
