Iceberg Lettuce (Salad-sized pieces) 40g
Red Coral Lettuce (Salad-sized pieces) 20g
Frisee Lettuce (Salad-sized pieces) 10g
Zucchini (Long strips) 5g
Onion (Sliced) 5g
Cherry Tomatoes (Halved) 2 pcs
Pear (Segmented) 1 pc
Duck Breast (Pan-seared) 60g
Egg (Cold) 1 pc
Almonds (Halved) 10g
Sunflower Seeds 1 tbsp.
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing  25g

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of 1000ml water, remove the pot from heat once boiling and add 200ml cold tap water.
  2. Next, gently submerge the egg from the fridge in the hot water. Immediately cover, wait for 17 minutes.
  3. Now, take the egg out gently and set it aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Then, arrange all the prepared ingredients into a bowl nicely.
  5. Lastly, serve with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing on the side. Ready to serve.
