Mix Lettuce (Salad-sized) | 40g |
Iceberg Lettuce (Salad-sized) | 10g |
Cucumber | 5g |
Cherry Tomatoes | 5g |
Leek | 3g |
Lemon | 5g |

Salmon Sashimi (Sliced) | 10g |
White Tuna Sashimi (Sliced) | 15g |
Almond | 5g |
Rice Vermicelli | 20g |
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing | 60g |
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add in rice vermicelli and cook until tender, 2 to 3 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Cut tomatoes in half, cucumber and leek into thin slices.
- Next, cut peeled orange and lemon into small cubes.
- Transfer all the ingredients on a plate set out with rice vermicelli.
- Serve with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing.
