Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing

Ingredient

Mix Lettuce (Salad-sized) 40g
Iceberg Lettuce (Salad-sized) 10g
Cucumber 5g
Cherry Tomatoes 5g
Leek 3g
Lemon 5g
Orange 5g
Salmon Sashimi (Sliced) 10g
White Tuna Sashimi (Sliced) 15g
Almond  5g
Rice Vermicelli 20g
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing 60g

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add in rice vermicelli and cook until tender, 2 to 3 mins. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half, cucumber and leek into thin slices.
  3. Next, cut peeled orange and lemon into small cubes.
  4. Transfer all the ingredients on a plate set out with rice vermicelli.
  5. Serve with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing.
