Kewpie Tapas

KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style makes a great addition to your all time favourites.

PRODUCT(S) YOU NEED FOR THIS DISH:
Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Onion (thinly sliced)  ½ pc
Button Mushroom (sliced) 100g
Black Olive (sliced) 30g
Garlic (peel and halved) 1 clove
Fresh Italian Parsley 1 tbsp
Olive Oil some
KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style some

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, heat ½ tablespoon of olive oil and cook onion until caramelized. Set aside.
  2. In another frying pan, heat ½ tablespoon of olive oil and cook mushrooms. Set aside.
  3. On each baguette slice, rub garlic by using sliced side, in order to get the garlic aroma onto bread. Place onion, mushroom and black olive evenly.
  4. Drizzle KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and sprinkle parsley and black pepper. Heat in toaster oven until mayonnaise becomes bubbly.
