Plain Flour | 400g |
Water | 200ml |
Egg | 2 pcs |
Turmeric Powder | ½ tbsp |
Prawn | 200g |
Carrot (thinly sliced) | 30g |
Green Chilli (thinly sliced) | 10g |
Salt | some |
Chilli Sauce | 150g |
KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style | 100g |
Instructions
- To make the fritter batter, combine the plain flour, water and egg in a large bowl. Then, add turmeric powder and salt and whisk together.
- Then, add the carrots and green chilli to the batter mixture and stir to combine.
- Dip each prawn into the batter and fry until golden brown.
- Lastly, whisk together KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and chilli sauce. Serve as a dipping sauce.
