Prawn Fritters with Chilli Mayo

Make your own Malaysian street food-style prawn fritters with KEWPIE Mayonnaise!

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Plain Flour 400g
Water 200ml
Egg 2 pcs
Turmeric Powder ½ tbsp
Prawn 200g
Carrot (thinly sliced) 30g
Green Chilli (thinly sliced) 10g
Salt some
Chilli Sauce 150g
KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style 100g

Instructions

  1. To make the fritter batter, combine the plain flour, water and egg in a large bowl. Then, add turmeric powder and salt and whisk together.
  2. Then, add the carrots and green chilli to the batter mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Dip each prawn into the batter and fry until golden brown.
  4. Lastly, whisk together KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style and chilli sauce. Serve as a dipping sauce.
