Ingredient

Green Coral Lettuce (Salad sized) 50g
Red Coral Lettuce (Salad sized) 30g
Butterhead Lettuce (Salad sized) 25g
Cucumber (Thinly sliced) 10g
Cherry Tomatoes (Halved) 10g
Purple Cabbage (Shredded) 5g
Edamame (Shelled) 10g
Dehydrated Apple (Sliced) 5g
Coconut (Shredded) 5g
Orange Zest 5g
Parmesan Cheese Some
Egg (Hard Boiled) 1 pc
Smoked Salmon (Sliced) 30g
Sunflower Seed 1/2 tsp.
Pumpkin Seed 1/2 tsp.
Black Sesame 1/2 tsp.
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing 30g

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil, add in edamame and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut hard-boiled egg into quarter.
  3. Next, arrange all the prepared ingredients (vegetable, fruit & protein) on top of the serving bowl.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle the toppings and drizzle it with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing.
