Instructions
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging. Then, drain and cool the cooked quinoa.
- Next, place the quinoa in a bowl and add in smoked salmon, mixed bell pepper, chia seed, arugula and peach to toss until evenly coated.
- Then, pour KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing on top and stir gently to combine.
- Lastly, serve the salad with slices of smoked salmon.
