Ingredient

Quinoa 25g
Smoked Salmon 15g
Mixed Bell Pepper (sliced) 10g
Chia Seed Some
Arugula 40g
Peaches (sliced) 20g
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing 40g

Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging. Then, drain and cool the cooked quinoa.
  2. Next, place the quinoa in a bowl and add in smoked salmon, mixed bell pepper, chia seed, arugula and peach to toss until evenly coated.
  3. Then, pour KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing on top and stir gently to combine.
  4. Lastly, serve the salad with slices of smoked salmon.
