KEWPIE Showcased Culinary Inspiration at Food & Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2025

In collaboration with DKSH, KEWPIE participated as an exhibitor at Food and Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2025, held from 23–26 September 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

As one of the leading trade events in the region, FHM provided an important platform for food and beverage brands to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas. The exhibition encouraged professionals from across the industry to explore innovations, encourage partnerships, and gain inspiration for the evolving culinary landscape.

At the KEWPIE sampling booth, visitors were invited to experience a range of products including Kewpie Mayonnaise, a variety of dressings, and flavoured mayonnaises such as Truffle Mayonnaise and Sriracha Mayonnaise. The booth offered chefs, business owners and the visitors an engaging way to discover how KEWPIE products can be infused into culinary creations, adding flavour and creativity to their menus.

KEWPIE also collaborated with Simplot, allowing visitors to enjoy freshly prepared fries paired with KEWPIE dressings and sauces. This collaboration showcased how KEWPIE products can complement a wide range of dishes, from casual bites to gourmet offerings, highlighting both flavour compatibility and menu innovation.

In addition, KEWPIE took part in cooking demonstrations together with Piau Kee, Chefoni, and Convotherm. The chefs prepared dishes using Kewpie sauces, giving the food a special taste and touch. The live demo caught the attention of many visitors and sparked new ideas for menu creations among café and restaurant owners.

To make the event even more exciting, KEWPIE partnered with Bot In Kit, sponsoring goodie bags and collaborating on cooking demonstrations featuring Bot In Kit’s advanced kitchen technology. The demonstrations highlighted the versatility of Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise and Mentai Mayo, emphasizing adaptability across diverse culinary applications.

KEWPIE was also honoured to sponsor the FHM Culinaire Competition 2025, supporting emerging culinary talents in showcasing creativity and skill. The competition featured chefs from around the world incorporating Kewpie products into innovative dishes that demonstrated a balance of technique, presentation, and flavour.

Among the highlighted creations were dishes enhanced with Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing and Kewpie Creamy Spices Dressing, both adding distinctive character and demonstrating product flexibility within professional kitchens.

As part of continued engagement with the hospitality community, KEWPIE also contributed to The Malaysian Food and Beverage Executives Association (MFBEA) Appreciation Dinner by sponsoring goodie bags. This initiative served as a gesture of gratitude to industry partners and event organizers for the opportunity to participate in such a meaningful gathering.
