Small Choices, Big Changes — How Your Daily Habits Shape Your Life

CHERAS, 21 NOVEMBER 2025 — Kewpie Malaysia was invited to SMK Yaacob Latif to deliver an engaging health talk titled “Pemakanan Sihat Remaja.” The session focused on helping students understand how their daily food choices influence their growth, wellbeing, and long-term health.

Our primary objective was to raise awareness among students about the importance of nutritious eating — not just choosing “healthy” food, but selecting meals that provide real nourishment. Educating young people early is essential, as it empowers them to make informed decisions that positively impact their physical development and overall lifestyle.

During the session, our speaker from JomSayHeart captured the students’ attention by emphasizing the value of eating well. The QCA segment was especially lively, with students actively engaging and eager to learn more about proper nutrition. To keep the session fun and rewarding, students who answered correctly received a plushie blind box as a token of appreciation.

We also organized a mini game, “Best Potato Shaker,” featuring five male and five female participants. The activity brought plenty of laughter and excitement as students competed enthusiastically for a special gift from Kewpie.

At SMK Yaacob Latif, we showcased two sampling menus — Potato Salad and Keropok Lekor — giving both students and teachers the chance to taste Kewpie’s mayonnaise and dressing range. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and some students even returned for seconds, including one who brought his own food just to taste it with our Japanese-style mayonnaise.

As a gesture of appreciation, Kewpie Malaysia prepared a PR Kit for the school. Beyond a simple token, this gesture reflects our commitment to supporting educational initiatives that promote healthier habits among young Malaysians. We hope this collaboration inspires more students to make mindful choices in their daily lives — because small steps today can lead to meaningful, lifelong change.
