KUALA LUMPUR, 17 SEPTEMBER 2025 – KEWPIE Malaysia joined The Malaysia International Halal Showcase from 17 to 20 September 2025 at the Malaysian International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
Staying true to its purpose, KEWPIE’s proudest commitments is ensuring that all products are Halal-certified, upholding the trust and values of the diverse Malaysian consumers and businesses.
The Internal Halal Committee visited MIHAS with the objective of sourcing reliable Halal-certified materials and gaining further insights into Halal industry developments. The engagement provided valuable exposure to innovative ingredients, products, and suppliers that align with Kewpie’s standards for quality and Halal assurance.
KEWPIE Malaysia’s Halal Executives held discussions with representatives from JAKIM to strengthen collaboration and ensure continuous alignment with Malaysia’s Halal regulatory framework. During the event, KEWPIE also introduced its products to JAKIM Director Dato’ Dr. Sirajuddin Bin Suhaimee and MATRADE leaders Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican and Dato’ Sri Mohd Mustafa Abdul Aziz, reinforcing its commitment as a trusted Halal manufacturer supporting Malaysia’s Halal ecosystem.

In addition, at the exhibition, KEWPIE Malaysia showcased a wide range of products and applications designed to simplify cooking without compromising authentic Malaysian flavours. Visitors enjoyed live cooking demonstrations and interactive tasting sessions led by Kewpie’s chef, featuring innovative dishes made with KEWPIE’s versatile mayonnaises and dressings.
Through these live sessions, KEWPIE’s chef demonstrated how its food solutions empower food service professionals and also consumers to elevate their menu creations with greater ease, convenience, and speed. Visitors learned more about KEWPIE’s strong Japanese heritage and local presence with manufacturing operations in Melaka, ensuring consistent quality and Halal assurance across all products.
