Apple of my Eye Salad

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Mix Lettuce (Salad-sized) 80g
Corn (Drained) 50g
Seaweed 25g
Japanese Cucumber 50g
Cherry Tomatoes 50g
Red Apple 25g
Green Apple  25g
Cajun Chicken Breast (Sliced) 100g
Edamame 30g
Cashew Nut 30g
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise 45g

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add edamame and cook for 3 to 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
  2. Soak seaweed in warm water to cover, 5 minutes. Drain, rinse then squeeze out excess water. Cut into strips.
  3. Next, cut tomatoes into half, cucumber into slices and apple into cubes.
  4. Then, transfer all the ingredients to a plate set out with lettuce leaves and drizzle KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise on top.
