Mix Lettuce (Salad-sized) | 80g |
Corn (Drained) | 50g |
Seaweed | 25g |
Japanese Cucumber | 50g |
Cherry Tomatoes | 50g |
Red Apple | 25g |
Green Apple | 25g |
Cajun Chicken Breast (Sliced) | 100g |
Edamame | 30g |
Cashew Nut | 30g |
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise | 45g |
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add edamame and cook for 3 to 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Soak seaweed in warm water to cover, 5 minutes. Drain, rinse then squeeze out excess water. Cut into strips.
- Next, cut tomatoes into half, cucumber into slices and apple into cubes.
- Then, transfer all the ingredients to a plate set out with lettuce leaves and drizzle KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise on top.
