Kewpie Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredient

 

Avocado 1 pc
Cherry Tomato (halved) 40g
Japanese Cucumber ½ pc
Shrimp (cooked and peeled) 6 pcs
Lettuce 1 pc
KEWPIE Thousand Island Dressing some

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop the avocado out in small round shapes and empty the avocado.
  3. Then, cut the cucumber into thick slices (around 1 cm thick).
  4. Put all the ingredients in the avocado skin as shown in the picture and garnish with lettuce.
  5. Drizzle KEWPIE Thousand Island Dressing on top.
