Avocado | 1 pc |
Cherry Tomato (halved) | 40g |
Japanese Cucumber | ½ pc |
Shrimp (cooked and peeled) | 6 pcs |
Lettuce | 1 pc |
KEWPIE Thousand Island Dressing | some |
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the avocado out in small round shapes and empty the avocado.
- Then, cut the cucumber into thick slices (around 1 cm thick).
- Put all the ingredients in the avocado skin as shown in the picture and garnish with lettuce.
- Drizzle KEWPIE Thousand Island Dressing on top.
