Baked Vegetables with Nachos

Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread

Ingredient

Nacho Chips  120g
Mixed Garden Salad 60g
Tomato 20g
Eggplant 20g
Eggs 2 nos
Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread 40ml
Parsley Garnish 

 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes and Eggplant, bring to a pan and saute till fragrant, on low heat. Set aside after 3 minutes 
  2. Fry the two eggs and set aside 
  3. In a salad bowl, place nacho chips at the bottom and top it with the garden salad, diced vegetables and eggs, together with Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread 
  4. Lastly sprinkle some parsley right before serving.
