| Nacho Chips | 120g |
| Mixed Garden Salad | 60g |
| Tomato | 20g |
| Eggplant | 20g |
| Eggs | 2 nos |
| Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread | 40ml |
| Parsley | Garnish |
Instructions
- Dice tomatoes and Eggplant, bring to a pan and saute till fragrant, on low heat. Set aside after 3 minutes
- Fry the two eggs and set aside
- In a salad bowl, place nacho chips at the bottom and top it with the garden salad, diced vegetables and eggs, together with Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread
- Lastly sprinkle some parsley right before serving.
