Cold Soba with mushrooms

Dig into a refreshing Kewpie Black Vinegar Onion infused cold soba, with Hokto mushrooms!

Kewpie Black Vinegar Onion Dressing

Ingredient

Soba Noodles 80 g
Hokto Mushrooms 40 g
Green Asparagus 10 g
Cherry Tomatoes 20 g 
Kewpie Black Vinegar Onion Dressing 40ml
Sesame seeds  Garnish 

Instructions

  1. Bring soba noodles to cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse well under cold water. 
  2. Slice and dice asparagus and cherry tomatoes, stir-fry with a little bit of oil and set aside 
  3. Combine all ingredients and drizzle it with Kewpie Black Vinegar Onion Dressing 
  4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and it's ready to be served.
