Chicken Breast 200g
Cold Water some
Flour 100g
Bread Crumbs 200g
Eggs 4 pcs
KEWPIE Tartar Sauce 60g

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, whisk, and set them aside.
  2. Next, coat the chicken breast with flour, dip in eggs and cover with bread crumbs as a layer.
  3. Then, heat up the saucepan with oil for deep frying and add in crumb-covered chicken breast fry until golden brown.
  4. Lastly, drain briefly on paper towels and serve hot with KEWPIE Tartar Sauce as a dipping sauce. Ready to serve.
