Rice Cake (Lontong) (diced) | 2 pcs |
Mixed Seafood | 30g |
Egg (boiled & halved) | 1 pc |
Red Chilli (sliced) | 5g |
Long Bean (sliced) | 5g |
Carrot (sliced) | 5g |
White Cabbage (sliced) | 10g |
Cherry Tomatoes (halved) | 5g |
Cold Water | 500ml |

Instructions
- Heat up the frying pan with some oil to fry the rice cake.
- Add water into a saucepan and boil mixed seafood for 5 minutes, then soak it in cold water. Drain and set aside.
- Add water into a saucepan and boil all vegetables for 3 minutes, then soak in cold water. Drain and set aside.
- Lastly, place all the ingredients into a bowl and toss with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing. Ready to serve.
