Ketupat | 1 pc |
Bean Sprout | 20g |
Egg | 1 pc |
Coriander (chopped) | 20g |
Garlic (chopped) | 30g |
Shallot (chopped) | 50g |
Red Chilli (sliced) | 10g |
Green Chilli (sliced) | 10g |
KEWPIE Dressing Sesame Soy Sauce | some |
KEWPIE Dressing Hot Spicy | some |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium pot or wok.
- Deep fry ketupat until golden brown, then set aside to drain.
- Put in the garlic, onion, red and green chilli and cook on a medium flame. Add in the complimentary ingredients and stir.
- Beat the eggs, add them to the mixture and then add in the ketupat and mix well until evenly coated.
- Lastly, add some KEWPIE Dressing Sesame Soy Sauce and KEWPIE Dressing Hot Spicy and give a final mix before serving.
