Kewpie Hot Spicy Dressing
Kewpie Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing

Ingredient

Ketupat 1 pc
Bean Sprout 20g
Egg 1 pc
Coriander (chopped) 20g
Garlic (chopped) 30g
Shallot (chopped) 50g
Red Chilli (sliced) 10g
Green Chilli (sliced) 10g
KEWPIE Dressing Sesame Soy Sauce some
KEWPIE Dressing Hot Spicy some

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium pot or wok. 
  2. Deep fry ketupat until golden brown, then set aside to drain.
  3. Put in the garlic, onion, red and green chilli and cook on a medium flame. Add in the complimentary ingredients and stir.
  4. Beat the eggs, add them to the mixture and then add in the ketupat and mix well until evenly coated.
  5. Lastly, add some KEWPIE Dressing Sesame Soy Sauce and KEWPIE Dressing Hot Spicy and give a final mix before serving.
