Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing

Ingredient

Japanese Cucumber 40g
Lettuce (Salad-sized) 35g
Purple Cabbage 40g
Cherry Tomatoes  15g
Romaine Lettuce (Salad-sized) 30g
Corn (Drained) 25g
Pineapple (Cubed) 40g
Egg (Hard-boiled) 1 pc
Sunflower Seed 20g
Black Sesame 10g
KEWPIE  Roasted Sesame Dressing 30g

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add edamame and cook for 3 to 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the hard-boiled egg in half.
  3. Next, cut the tomatoes in half, purple cabbage into thin strips, cucumber and apple into slices.
  4. Then, arrange all the ingredients in a bowl set out with lettuce leaves.
  5. Lastly, sprinkle sunflower and sesame seeds on top. Serve with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing.
