Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add edamame and cook for 3 to 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Cut the hard-boiled egg in half.
- Next, cut the tomatoes in half, purple cabbage into thin strips, cucumber and apple into slices.
- Then, arrange all the ingredients in a bowl set out with lettuce leaves.
- Lastly, sprinkle sunflower and sesame seeds on top. Serve with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing.
