Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Romaine Lettuce (Salad-sized) 200g
Purple Cabbage 20g
Cherry Tomatoes 20g
Mango 20g
Chicken Breast (Grilled and Sliced) 80g
Quinoa (Cooked) 20g
Almond 5g
Edamame 20g
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise 20g

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add edamame and cook for 3 to 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
  2. Next, cut tomatoes in half, purple cabbage into thin strips, and mango into cubes.
  3. Then, arrange all the ingredients in a bowl, set out with quinoa.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle almond on top and serve with KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise.
