Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add edamame and cook for 3 to 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Next, cut tomatoes in half, purple cabbage into thin strips, and mango into cubes.
- Then, arrange all the ingredients in a bowl, set out with quinoa.
- Lastly, sprinkle almond on top and serve with KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise.
