Egg (hard boiled) | 1 pc |
Potatoes | 2 pcs |
Carrot (diced) | ¼ pc |
Onion (sliced) | ¼ pc |
Cucumber (sliced) | ¼ pc |
Chicken Ham (sliced) | 2 slices |
Salt and Pepper | Suit to taste |
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise | 5 tbsp. |
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes and carrot in a pot of boiling water until tender. Remove potatoes skin and cut both into cubes then set aside.
- Next, cut the hard-boiled egg into quarters.
- Place the hard-boiled egg, potatoes, carrot, onion, cucumber and chicken ham into a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, drizzle KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise on top and toss well.
