Ingredient
| Eggs | 3 nos |
| Hard-boiled eggs (diced) | 2 nos |
| Chicken Fillet | 100g |
| Cooking Oil | As Needed |
| Salt | As Needed |
| Pepper | As Needed |
| Carrot (Thinly Sliced) | 20g |
| Purple Cabbage (Thinly Sliced) | 20g |
| Onion (Thinly Sliced) | 10g |
| White Turnip (Thinly Sliced) | 20g |
| Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread | 50g |
Instructions
- Put 2 eggs in a pot of boiling water, turn the heat off and let it sit for 10 minutes, peel hardboiled eggs, dice and set aside
- Marinate the chicken fillet with oil, salt and pepper, and roast it in the oven for 4 minutes at 160°C - thinly slice cooked chicken and set aside.
- Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, whisk it. Heat up a frying pan with cooking oil. Slowly pour egg mixture unto pan to create an egg sheet.
- Place egg sheet on chopping board and spread it up with Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread.
- Place all ready ingredients unto egg sheet, roll it and serve.
