Kewpie Easter Egg Rolls

Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread


Eggs 3 nos
Hard-boiled eggs (diced) 2 nos
Chicken Fillet  100g
Cooking Oil As Needed
Salt As Needed
Pepper As Needed
Carrot (Thinly Sliced) 20g
Purple Cabbage (Thinly Sliced) 20g
Onion (Thinly Sliced)  10g
White Turnip (Thinly Sliced) 20g
Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread 50g


  1. Put 2 eggs in a pot of boiling water, turn the heat off and let it sit for 10 minutes, peel hardboiled eggs, dice and set aside 
  2. Marinate the chicken fillet with oil, salt and pepper, and roast it in the oven for 4 minutes at 160°C - thinly slice cooked chicken and set aside.
  3. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, whisk it. Heat up a frying pan with cooking oil. Slowly pour egg mixture  unto pan to create an egg sheet. 
  4. Place egg sheet on chopping board and spread it up with Kewpie Italian Pizza Spread. 
  5. Place all ready ingredients unto egg sheet, roll it and serve.
