Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise
|KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise||50 ml|
|KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressings||50 ml|
|Prawn Paste||150 g|
|Spring Onion (Chopped)||30 g|
|Apricot (Chopped)||30 g|
|Chinese Cabbage||6 Leaves|
- Blanch the Chinese cabbage leaves for 2 minutes.
- Take out and soak in cold water.
- Place the prawn paste, well chopped apricot & spring onion into a mixing bowl.
- Then, season it with KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise.
- Next, add in KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressings.
- Stuff the filling onto the Chinese cabbage leaves.
- Roll it up and steam for 5 minutes.
