Kewpie Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing

Ingredient

Mint Leaf (Chopped) 5g
Coriander Leaf (Chopped) 5g
Cherry Tomatoes (Halved) 10g
Zucchini (Sliced) 30g
Scallion (Sliced) 5g
Pomegranate Arils 5g
Feta Cheese 10g
Mackerel Fillet (Grilled) 2 pcs
Toasted Pine Nuts 5g
Chickpeas 5g
KEWPIE Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing 20g

Instructions

  1. Place all vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then put it into a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. Next, take out the baked vegetables and place them on a serving plate with pomegranate, feta cheese and a grilled mackerel fillet.
  3. Lastly, sprinkle toasted pine nuts and chickpeas on top and coat with the KEWPIE Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing.
