Kewpie Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing
|Mint Leaf (Chopped)||5g|
|Coriander Leaf (Chopped)||5g|
|Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)||10g|
|Mackerel Fillet (Grilled)||2 pcs|
|Toasted Pine Nuts||5g|
|KEWPIE Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing||20g|
- Place all vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then put it into a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Next, take out the baked vegetables and place them on a serving plate with pomegranate, feta cheese and a grilled mackerel fillet.
- Lastly, sprinkle toasted pine nuts and chickpeas on top and coat with the KEWPIE Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing.
