Prawns (boiled & w/o shell) | 60g |
Salted Egg (boiled) | 1 pc |
Round Cabbage (thinly sliced) | 100g |
Ginger Flower (chopped) | 5g |
Red Chilli (chopped) | 5g |
Shallots (sliced) | 10g |
Coriander (chopped) | 10g |
Cherry Tomatoes (halved) | 20g |
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing | 40g |
Instructions
- Remove the salted egg shell and cut it into quarter wedges.
- In a bowl, add in all ingredients (prawn, salted egg, cabbage, ginger flower, red chilli, shallot, coriander and cherry tomato).
- Toss these ingredients with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing until well mixed. Ready to serve.
