Instant Noodle | 1 packet |
Egg | 1 pc |
Carrot (thinly sliced) | 50g |
Green Chilli (thinly sliced) | 20g |
Red Onion (thinly sliced) | 20g |
Garlic (diced) | 10g |
Chilli Powder | some |
Coriander | some |
Lime | ½ pc |
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing | 3 tbsp |
Instructions
- In a pot, boil the noodles for 2 mins, then drain and set aside.
- Next, heat the oil in a wok. When the oil is hot, crack in the egg and add in all vegetables. Saute until fragrant.
- When the eggs are cooked, add the noodles and stir thoroughly to break down the eggs into smaller bits.
- Add KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing and toss well.
- Lastly, transfer to a plate covered with a fresh piece of banana leaf and garnish with coriander leaves and lime.
