- Boil the beetroot in water with medium heat for about 10 minutes. Drain the water, peel off the skin of the beetroot and cut it into cubes.
- Next, preheat the frying pan with olive oil, and grill the chicken breast until golden brown OR fry the duck breast/ salmon for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked.
- Combine all vegetables and raisins on a serving plate.
