Kewpie Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing

Ingredient

Lettuce (Salad-sized) 80g
Cherry Tomato (Halved) 10g
Red Onion (Sliced) 5g
Carrot (Sliced) 10g
Japanese Cucumber (Sliced) 20g
Beetroot 50g
Raisins 10g
Grilled Chicken (Sliced) 1 pc
Smoked Duck (Sliced) 1 pc
Smoked Salmon (Thinly Sliced) 1 pc
Pumpkin Seed (Cooked) 1 tbsp.
Sesame Seed (Cooked) 1 tbsp.
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing 30g

Instructions

  1. Boil the beetroot in water with medium heat for about 10 minutes. Drain the water, peel off the skin of the beetroot and cut it into cubes.
  2. Next, preheat the frying pan with olive oil, and grill the chicken breast until golden brown OR fry the duck breast/ salmon for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked.
  3. Combine all vegetables and raisins on a serving plate.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle the cooked pumpkin seed and sesame seed on top and serve with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing.
