Chicken Chop 1 pcs
Minced Ginger (For Marination) 5g
Minced Garlic (For Marination) 5g
Salt (For Marination) As need
Black pepper (For Marination) As need
Mayonnaise Japanese Style 25g
Roasted Potato 50g
Carrot (Chopped) 10g
Cucumber(Diced Cut) 10g
Egg (Diced Cut) 1⁄2 no
Cherry Tomato 10g
Thai Asparagus 10g
Baby Corn 15g

 

Instructions

  1. Marination chicken chop with minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, pepper and Smoky Japanese BBQ Sauce for 4 hours.
  2. Heat the pan and pan seared chicken chop and saute other vegetable.
  3. Then, mash the roasted potato and add boiled egg, carrot, cucumber and seasoning with Kewpie Mayonnaise Japanese Style as potato salad.
  4. Last, serve with smoky Japanese BBQ sauce as dipping sauce.
