Hokto Mushrooms | 100 g |
Tempura flour | 150g |
Cold Water | 200 ml |
Kewpie Creamy Spices Dressing | 80 ml |
Parsley | Garnish |
Instructions
- Stir Tempura flour with cold water, mix well and set aside
- Heat up a pot of oil at 170°c
- Coat mushrooms with tempura flour and deep fry till golden brown
- Serve with Kewpie Creamy Spices Dressing.
