Tempura Mushrooms with Kewpie Creamy Spices Dressing dip

Kewpie Creamy Spices Dressing

Ingredient

Hokto Mushrooms 100 g
Tempura flour  150g
Cold Water  200 ml
Kewpie Creamy Spices Dressing   80 ml
Parsley Garnish 

Instructions

  1.  Stir Tempura flour with cold water, mix well and set aside 
  2. Heat up a pot of oil at 170°c
  3.  Coat mushrooms with tempura flour and deep fry till golden brown 
  4. Serve with Kewpie Creamy Spices Dressing.
