Vada (fried) | 2 pcs |
Cabbage (sliced) | 30g |
Red Onion (sliced) | 20g |
Coriander | 20g |
Carrot (sliced) | 10g |
Red Pepper Powder | 1 tsp. |
Butter | some |
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise | 30g |
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven at 200°c, then coat a little butter on the burger bun halves and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add in all the sliced vegetables, red pepper powder and KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise and mix well.
- Next, take out the baked bun halves and place them on a clean, dry surface with the buttered bun side facing up.
- Lastly, spread some prepared mixture of vegetables over each half of the bun and top with Vada. Ready to serve.
