Vada Vegetarian Sandwich

This Vada Vegetarian Sandwich recipe is inspired by the vegetarian fast food dish native to the Indian state of Maharashtra.

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Burger Bun (halved) 2 pcs
Vada (fried) 2 pcs
Cabbage (sliced) 30g
Red Onion (sliced) 20g
Coriander 20g
Carrot (sliced) 10g
Red Pepper Powder 1 tsp.
Butter some
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise  30g

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 200°c, then coat a little butter on the burger bun halves and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, add in all the sliced vegetables, red pepper powder and KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Next, take out the baked bun halves and place them on a clean, dry surface with the buttered bun side facing up.
  4. Lastly, spread some prepared mixture of vegetables over each half of the bun and top with Vada. Ready to serve.
