KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise | 3 tbsp |
Instructions
- Place all ingredient A in a food processor and blend until fine.
- Then transfer it to a bowl and add bread crumbs along with KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise. Mix until even and set aside.
- Clean prawns thoroughly. Slit open the prawns from the front and devein.
- Next, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the prawns and cook for about 1 min.
- Mound about 2 tablespoons stuffing onto each prawn, pressing gently, and put prawn, stuffed sides up and bake for 4 mins at 160°F.
- Lastly, drizzle KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise on top and garnish with coriander.
