Baked Stuffed Prawn

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

A  
Ginger 10g
Green Chilli 20g
Torch Ginger Flower 10g

Giant River Prawn 2 pcs
Coriander 20g
Bread Crumbs 50g
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredient A in a food processor and blend until fine.
  2. Then transfer it to a bowl and add bread crumbs along with KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise. Mix until even and set aside.
  3. Clean prawns thoroughly. Slit open the prawns from the front and devein.
  4. Next, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the prawns and cook for about 1 min.
  5. Mound about 2 tablespoons stuffing onto each prawn, pressing gently, and put prawn, stuffed sides up and bake for 4 mins at 160°F.
  6. Lastly, drizzle KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise on top and garnish with coriander.
