Ingredient

Chicken Sausage 30g
Egg 4 pcs
Tomato 10g
Onion 5g
Chilli Flakes 5g
Salt & Pepper some
Oil some
KEWPIE Honey Mustard Sauce 20g

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes for seasoning.
  2. Heat up the cooking oil in a frypan over medium heat and pan-grilled slices of chicken sausage. Then, add tomato, onion, and sauté until softened.
  3. When the bottom of the frittata has set, flip it and char the other side. Continue to cook the top of the frittata until it begins to brown slightly.
  4. Lastly, served with KEWPIE Honey Mustard Sauce as a dipping sauce. Ready to serve.
