Creamy Chicken Thighs with Cabbage

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Chicken Thigh 250g
Chinese Cabbage 240g
Bunashimeji Mushroom 50g
Milk 50ml
Salt ¼  tbsp
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin and bone from the chicken thighs and cut into strips.
  2. Thinly slice the cabbage into strips.
  3. For Bunashimeiji mushroom, remove the base. Break up the mushroom into smaller pieces.
  4. Put 1 tablespoon of KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise in a frying pan and then put in chicken thigh followed by cabbage and Bunashimeji mushroom.
  5. Once the cabbage softens, add in salt, milk and KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise.
