Chicken Thigh | 250g |
Chinese Cabbage | 240g |
Bunashimeji Mushroom | 50g |
Milk | 50ml |
Salt | ¼ tbsp |
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise | 2 tbsp |
Instructions
- Remove the skin and bone from the chicken thighs and cut into strips.
- Thinly slice the cabbage into strips.
- For Bunashimeiji mushroom, remove the base. Break up the mushroom into smaller pieces.
- Put 1 tablespoon of KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise in a frying pan and then put in chicken thigh followed by cabbage and Bunashimeji mushroom.
- Once the cabbage softens, add in salt, milk and KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise.
