Cooked Rice | 200g |
Parmesan Cheese | 50g |
Corn | 20g |
Tuna (Can) | 50g |
Eggs | 4nos |
Breadcrumbs | 200g |
Kewpie Chilli Mayo | 25ml |
Instructions
- Combine cooked rice, corn, tuna, egg and parmesan cheese into a bowl
- Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Set breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- After 20 minutes, shape rice mixture into golf-ball sized, and roll it in bread crumbs
- Heat a pot of oil at 175°C, and deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with Kewpie Chilli Mayo
