Crispy Rice Ball with Kewpie Chilli Mayo

Kewpie Chilli Mayo

Ingredient

Cooked Rice  200g 
Parmesan Cheese  50g
Corn  20g
Tuna (Can) 50g
Eggs 4nos
Breadcrumbs 200g
Kewpie Chilli Mayo  25ml

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked rice, corn, tuna, egg and parmesan cheese into a bowl 
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Set breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. 
  3. After 20 minutes, shape rice mixture into golf-ball sized, and roll it in bread crumbs
  4. Heat a pot of oil at 175°C, and deep fry until golden brown. 
  5. Serve with Kewpie Chilli Mayo
