Ingredient
Chicken Breast | 200g |
Broccoli | ½ stalk |
Cherry Tomato | 4 pcs |
Shimeji Mushroom | 100g |
Salt & Pepper | some |
Garlic (chopped) | 1 clove |
KEWPIE Caesar Dressing | some |
Instructions
- Cut broccoli and Shimeiji mushroom into bite sized pieces. Add into boiling water and cook for 1 minute.
- Marinate the chicken breast with chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Then, heat up a non-stick pan with little oil, place chicken breast on the skin side. Allow the chicken breast to cook until brown colour.
- Turn the chicken to the other side to cook and then set aside. Grill the cherry tomatoes for 1 minute.
- Serve all the ingredients on the plate and drizzle KEWPIE Caesar Dressing on top.
