Grilled Fish Steak

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Sea Bass 800g
Lemongrass 2 stalks
Shallots 20g
Mint Leaf 2 slices
Lime (halved) 1 pc
Chilli Paste 20g
KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise 100g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Rinse the fish and pat dry. Place them on a large baking tray that has been brushed with a little oil.
  3. Grind the spice paste ingredients in a food processor.
  4. Then, mix the blended ingredients with KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise
  5. Rub the blended ingredients evenly on each side of the fish and then bake in the oven for 7 minutes.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and accompany with halved lime and steamed rice.
