Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Rinse the fish and pat dry. Place them on a large baking tray that has been brushed with a little oil.
- Grind the spice paste ingredients in a food processor.
- Then, mix the blended ingredients with KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise
- Rub the blended ingredients evenly on each side of the fish and then bake in the oven for 7 minutes.
- Garnish with mint leaves and accompany with halved lime and steamed rice.
