Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Rinse the Tilapia, slice in the middle then cut in half and pat dry.
- Place Tilapia on a large baking tray and brush oil, salt, black pepper on the exterior part. Stuff diced onion, garlic, lemongrass inside the cavity of Tilapia.
- Next, bake it for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Lastly, combine bird’s eye chilli and shallot with KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste as a dipping sauce. Ready to serve.
