Tilapia Fish 800g
Oil some
Salt some
Black Pepper some
Onion (diced) 20g
Garlic (diced) 10g
Lemongrass (diced) 1 stalk
Bird's Eye Chilli (chopped) 10g
Shallot (chopped) 20g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Rinse the Tilapia, slice in the middle then cut in half and pat dry.
  3. Place Tilapia on a large baking tray and brush oil, salt, black pepper on the exterior part. Stuff diced onion, garlic, lemongrass inside the cavity of Tilapia.
  4. Next, bake it for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Lastly, combine bird’s eye chilli and shallot with KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste as a dipping sauce. Ready to serve.
