Stingray | 300 g |
Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise | 50 g |
Curry Powder | 30 g |
Chilli Powder | 30 g |
Salt | As needed |
Black Pepper | As needed |
Lady's Finger (diced) | 30 g |
Eggplant (diced) | 50 g |
Cherry Tomatoes (halved) | 40 g |
Banana leaf | 2 pcs |
Dipping Sauce
Red Onion (diced) | 40 g |
Red Chilli (diced) | 20 g |
Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing Yuzu Taste | 30 ml |
Instructions
- Prepare the Dipping sauce by mixing the diced red onion and red chilli with Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing Yuzu Taste
- Marinate stingray and diced vegetables with curry powder, chilli powder, salt, black pepper and Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise for 30 minutes.
- Lay all of the marinated ingredients on a banana leaf. and cover it with another banana leaf, seal it with an aluminium foil.
- Pre heat oven at 180°C and bake it for 20 minutes.
- Arrange accordingly and it's ready to serve.
