Ikan Pari Bakar dengan Sos Bijan Yuzu Pedas Kewpie

Japanese Style Mayonnaise
Kewpie Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste Dressing

Ingredient

Stingray  300 g
Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise 50 g
Curry Powder 30 g
Chilli Powder 30 g
Salt As needed
Black Pepper As needed
Lady's Finger (diced) 30 g
Eggplant (diced) 50 g
Cherry Tomatoes (halved) 40 g
Banana leaf 2 pcs

 

Dipping Sauce 

Red Onion (diced)  40 g
Red Chilli (diced)  20 g
Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing Yuzu Taste 30 ml

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dipping sauce by mixing the diced red onion and red chilli with Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing Yuzu Taste
  2. Marinate stingray and diced vegetables with curry powder, chilli powder, salt, black pepper and Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise for 30 minutes. 
  3. Lay all of the marinated ingredients on a banana leaf. and cover it with another banana leaf, seal it with an aluminium foil. 
  4. Pre heat oven at 180°C and bake it for 20 minutes. 
  5. Arrange accordingly and it's ready to serve.
