Onion (sliced) | ⅛ pc |
Carrot (sliced) | ⅛ pc |
Egg (whisked) | 2 pcs |
Lettuce | 2 pcs |
Cherry Tomato | 4 pcs |
KEWPIE Mild Type Mayonnaise | 3 tbsp |
Instructions
- Cook carrots and onions in a large pot of boiling water for 1 minute.
- Then, boil the potatoes until they are cooked through and break them with a wooden spoon. Set everything aside and let it cool.
- Mix the eggs, carrots, onions, potatoes and cucumbers with some KEWPIE Mild Type Mayonnaise.
- Fry the mixture until golden yellow.
- Lastly, squeeze a little bit more of Kewpie Mild type Mayonnaise on top for the extra kick in flavour.
