Kewpie Omelette

Kewpie Mild Type Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Potato (sliced) 2 pcs
Cucumber (sliced) ¼  pc
Onion (sliced) ⅛ pc
Carrot (sliced) ⅛ pc
Egg (whisked) 2 pcs
Lettuce 2 pcs
Cherry Tomato 4 pcs
KEWPIE Mild Type Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots and onions in a large pot of boiling water for 1 minute.
  2. Then, boil the potatoes until they are cooked through and break them with a wooden spoon. Set everything aside and let it cool.
  3. Mix the eggs, carrots, onions, potatoes and cucumbers with some KEWPIE Mild Type Mayonnaise.
  4. Fry the mixture until golden yellow.
  5. Lastly, squeeze a little bit more of Kewpie Mild type Mayonnaise on top for the extra kick in flavour.
